Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
We try to ship within 1-2 business days of when the order has been received. If the item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and given options on how you would like to proceed from there. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, so any orders received over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
We are also closed for major US holidays and a list of closed dates will be posted on our site ahead of time (example Christmas holidays, etc.)
Shipping Rates
Flat shipping at just $6.50 per order! (Ground only)
Returns Policy
We do accept returns under the following conditions:
1. We will replace any defective item.
2. You must email us to get an RMA# and explain why you are returning the product.
3. Upon RMA approval you will be emailed an RMA# and directions for shipping the defective products.
3. Refund will be sent via Google Checkout or Money Order minus Shipping Costs and a 5% restocking fee.
